Cancellation Policy

I require a 48-hour notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Any changes made after the 48-hour window will incur a 50% cancellation fee. I understand emergencies happen. If you reach out and communicate your situation before your appointment day, I may choose to waive the fee at my discretion. This policy helps protect my time and business.
