Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment, a 20% service deposit is required at the time of booking. This amount goes toward your total on the day of your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable, but they can be moved if you need to reschedule in advance.
A 48-hour notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling. Changes made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a 30% cancellation fee, plus the forfeiture of your 20% deposit, totaling 50% of the service cost.
I understand that life happens and true emergencies can come up. If you reach out before the day of your appointment and communicate your situation, I may choose to waive the fee at my discretion.
